István Cseh is a Príma Award-winning composer, guitarist, and producer who, having started out in classical music, has gone on to create symphonic soundscapes, film scores, modern studio techniques, and large-scale multimedia productions. The knowledge he gained at Berklee College of Music and his decades of experience are evident in his compositional works, live concerts, films, and stage productions.
Under the umbrella of AZARA Productions, he is involved in composition, studio recordings, symphonic projects, and proprietary visual technology solutions—including 3D holographic solutions, LED manufacturing, and LED rental systems—which provide the visual backdrop for theaters, concerts, and major events.
István is known for his unique musical instruments, innovative musical concepts, and high-profile works such as FINA 2022, the 2023 World Athletics Championships, the Székely Anthem, the symphonic arrangement of “Nélküled,” and several highly successful film scores.
He conceived the “Instrument Rescuers” project, in which the sounds of historical instruments are brought back to life using cutting-edge technology as part of a documentary series—and where popular performers bring these unique sounds into the world of contemporary music.
In addition to his compositions, he actively builds the music community by publishing book series, educational materials, sheet music, and his own albums.
Today, he creates at the intersection of classical music, modern technology, and creative productions—his goal remains the same in every project: to create value and leave a lasting legacy through innovative solutions.
